The pmwiki plug-in library for the Wikipublisher typesetting server has been updated to fix some small bugs and is available from http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PublishPDF. A new version of the pdf server is also available. This fixes a long-standing issue with page sizes -- readers can now request A5 paper and output is automatically scaled to fit the page.
