For this page:
   [[Restaurant.Sakristan?action=edit|Edit this page]]

In a PageActions/SideBar/GroupHeader/GroupFooter:
   [[{*$FullName}?action=edit|Edit this page]]

{*$FullName} means the currently displayed page. If you have an old version of
PmWiki and this doesn't work, try {$FullName}, however it may break your site
when you upgrade to the new 2.2.x version.

Inside a (HTML .tmpl) skin, you can use {$PageUrl}?action=edit as pointer to
edit the current page, like:
   <a href="{$PageUrl}?action=edit">edit</a>

Thanks,
Petko
