On the page that is to be public, add "?action=attr" to the end
of the url for that page.

Then, in the box that says "Set new read password", enter "@nopass".
This indicates that anyone is allowed to access the page without
having to enter a password.

If the sidebar is displayed as part of this page, then you will
need to set its read password to "@nopass" as well (otherwise
people will not be able to view it).
