I've just added a new recipe to pmwiki.org: Attachtable. It adds actions to delete & restore deleted attachments, as well as an attachlist replacement to use those actions. See <http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Attachtable> for more info and a screenshot.
I'm still working at how to upload multiple files at once, anyone have any ideas?
