It seems to me that you are using an old version of PmWiki. The requested function pagetextvar() is available in the 2.2.0 beta series of PmWiki, but not in older versions. Hans will tell if I'm wrong, but If you really need to use Fox, I believe you need to upgrade your PmWiki installation.
