Suffr is a proof-of-concept method to use a Wiki as a systems administration interface. Users compose and sign off on recipe pages; when a majority approves, Suffr alters system files and/or runs commands.
I've added an explanatory whitepaper document to the Suffr recipe. It describes how and why Suffr might be used. If you've ever had someone ask you the "who's responsible for what's published on the Wiki" question, here's the start of a different answer. http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Suffr Kirk [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ pmwiki-users mailing list [email protected] http://www.pmichaud.com/mailman/listinfo/pmwiki-users
