Maybe I don't understand your question, but here's a link to a page in
edit mode:
[[MyPage?action=edit | This link goes to MyPage in edit mode]]
And if you want to suppress the "?" after a link to a non-existing
page in , you can write:
[[MyPage?action=browse | MyPage]]
