There are a plethora of comment page recipes, some maintained and some not, some conflicting and some not. All I am looking for is something that will allow me to implement discussion pages that are as simple and similar to Wikipedia style talk pages as possible: a single tab or link in the skin to a single discussion page with a back-link of some kind-- being able to limit it to a group or groups would be nice, but not necessary.
