This is brings minor print cosmetic improvements, and is compatible with PmWiki 2.2.0beta65. Examples of various typesetting features are at http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=TipOfTheWeek.TipOfTheWeek I think the recipe is now stable, robust and complete. PmWiki continues to rock! The functionality the PublishPDF recipe provides would be impossible without pm's great work. Comments or questions welcome.
