You can use class in table:
(:table class=indent border=1 cellpadding=5 cellspacing=0:)
In your case you should add new class for second level
.indent2 { margin-left:80px; }
and then use
(:table class=indent2 border=1 cellpadding=5 cellspacing=0:)
