Both PHP 4.4.7 and 5.2.5 show the bug. (It doesn't appear in PHP < 4.4.6 and PHP < 5.2.0 .) The $TableRowIndexMax workaround might not work for pmwiki-2.0.12 -- for that we might need to patch pmwiki.php itself. I'll have to look at the code and get back to you on that.
