Both Petko and Hans have an ineresting solution.
Maybe Hans' one is the closest to the one I was after.
I slightly modified it to
(:pagelist group=Profiles $:Email=- list=normal fmt=#includeEmail:)
(:if false:)
[[#includeEmail]]
(:template each:)
[[Profiles/{=$Name}]] <{{=$FullName}$:Email}>,
[[#includeEmailend]]
(:if:)
and it seems to produce a ready_to_paste address list.
