When you copy and paste content from Microsoft Word into a wiki edit form, non-standard ascii characters such as curly quotes, em and en dashes, and ellipsis come across as themselves, rather than as the correct HTML entities. Has anyone created a set of ROSPatterns to turn such characters into their corresponding entities?
