How do you create a unique WikiTitle for a group? I have looked and do not see
an obvious way to do this. I have attempted the following in a local
customization file
<?php
## $WikiTitle is the name that appears in the browser's title bar.
$WikiTitle = "Test WikiTitle for a group";
