Husband looked into it further. Turns it's worse than I thought. As he wrote elsewhere: <quote> This goes beyond web traffic. This affects all domain owners, and any Rogers Canada customers. I suspect other ISPs will start to do the same thing. We'll add our voices to the formal complaints on both fronts.
