i did edit php.ini to uncomment the line for "extension=php_gd2.dll" and
ensured the extensions directory existed with the file in there and then
restarted the server. i've also tried various files/file sizes and image file
formats with no joy.
however, my next line was to try displaying the image using the full url to
include ?action=mini&upname=2059error.jpg and i got an error msg to indicate
the fault lies with a line within the mini cookbook, i think line 181, but
unfortunately i won't be able to expand on this for a couple of weeks as i am
away from work - but i'll certainly investigate further and report back.
i'll also give the updated cookbook a try when i'm back at work to see if that
helps and certainly try to narrow down exactly what is causing the problem.
it's certainly a script i'd like to implement!
