You might (at least) give a look at your local/config.php file.
There might me a bunch of variables like
$ScriptUrl
$PubDirUrl
$UploadDir
$UploadUrlFmt
and possibly a few more which you might want to check and, in case, correct.
Unless you formerly set up any more exotic behaviour, it should be enough.
