Dreamweaver let's you create pure html pages and doesn't enforce you
to write proper html code.
On the other hand, you don't write html in pmwiki. You use pmwiki
markups which are rendered in html. This rendering is done by pmwiki
which tends to create 'valid html. That's why you CAN create invalid
html using dreamweaver when pmwiki does'nt let you create invalid
markup which would create invalid html.
