Perhaps you could use an InterMap
(http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/CustomInterMap) as a 'translation'.
This would mean you'd have to maintain a list of usernames and email
addresses.
Thus, the intermap page (where smithb is the AuthId):
smithb: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
And in use:
[[Profiles.{$AuthId}|my profile]]
