hi Giles and Simon
thanks for writing.

Hi,
Have a look at http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/ PagelistTemplateSamples#OneLine
Hope that may help.

this only works *within* the pagelist - but the results of the pagelist are still wrapped in a <p> tag, which knocks it out of line with that which comes before and/or after the pagelist is called

Simon -
Try the wrap parameter

http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PageLists#pagelistwrap

i believe this only removes some <div> tags, but not the pesky <p> tags that are causing the page breaks...

any other suggestions? i think the <p> tags are built into pagelist.
thanks
adam

hi. is there a way to make pagelist not add <p> tags around it?
i'd like for the single result of a pagelist to print out within a line,
instead of breaking it.
for instance:

   blam (:pagelist name=Index ... :) blah

with one result always results in

   blam
   myResult
    blah

but i'd like to get

  blam myResult blah

i thought adding something like wrap=html or wrap=inline might prevent
this, but it doesn't.

is there a way?
thanks
adam
