Try this:

If you have {$:x} on the current page which contains a pagename and on
that page you have {$:y} then this will work:

{{$:x}$:y}

(See http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Test/Ptva and
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Test/Ptvb for an example where I just
tested it)
