Well I have a wiki that already has a Cookbook group and a
Cookbook.Cookbook page! So I think I support the idea of
using the PmWiki group 'cos everyone knows that's reserved.
PmWiki.Cookbook and PmWiki.Cookbook-RecipeName work
for me.
