One more thought: Now that wiki words are off by default, and recommended link usage is (for example) [[editing for newcomers]], I think a case can be made that the default skin could use $Titlespaced instead of $Title or set $SpaceWikiWords to 1 by default, so that names are spaced.
If wiki words are off, names ought not display as wiki words.
