Looks like the Site. files are not accessible: we don't see the left sidebar (Site.SideBar) nor do we have the Site.EditForm. By default these files are stored in the directory pmwiki\wikilib.d\ - does that directory exist, - do you see these files in the directory - are the permissions set correctly?
