I have gone with merging the changes into Documentation Guidelines since there is substantial overlap. Actually this page doesn't necessarily follow it's own guidelines so I had a very quick poke around in there, but there is still a fair bit of overlap. I hope we are on to something here anyway. Perhaps others would care to pitch in on the real topic in hand now?
