I have downloaded the current version of PmWiki, which did not contain a wiki.d directory. I tried opening my web browser to the pmwiki.php script of my new wiki on the server, as the installation directions suggested, but all that happens is the main page of the PmWiki website opens. I do not know how to change permissions on the server.
