Hello. Do you have the same server and the same PHP version with one php.ini file, but you have two different directories, each with a PmWiki installation? If so, do both pages SiteAdmin.NotifyList contain the correct e-mail addresses? Note that there are no PmWiki versions released at the dates you mention -- to see and report to us what version each wiki has, look at the PmWiki.PmWiki page on each wiki. If you just copy the pmwiki.php file in an installation with a different version, please don't -- large parts of the code are in other files, in the scripts/ directory -- one of them is notify.php. pmwiki.php contains no code for sending notifications.
