As an alternative, PageTopStore may be convenient for some mass
modifications ; though I guess you will have to use ftp and some
search&replace program.

every once in awhile i need to make such a change, and i usually
write up a script to do it. but i just realized it be rather nice to
have a page that
1) asks you which pages you want to iterate over via pagelist - and
then prints them out so you can confirm
2) then asks you for the text, or pattern, you want to add to or
remove from each of these pages
exist already?
