yes, I thought that FoxContacts would be the best base to develop the kind of ticket system you want, as it gives you a blueprint to use the same form page for creating and editing data pages, and all data are PTVs and can be pulled by page lists. Sorry I can't give more specific help! I have not got the time to debug complex form issues. I try to help with simple form debugging as best as I can.
