Here is what I would post as a PITS entry based on my current understanding:
When first title is configured to win, the following should happen: page title
has priority over GroupHeader title, which has priority over first-included
page title, which has priority over group footer title. Throughout this chain
of evaluation, SideBars and other pages called by the skin template - AND THE
PAGES THAT THEY INCLUDE - should have their titles ignored. Currently, the
titles of pages that SideBars include are NOT ignored.
If the above is correct, I'd be glad to post it as a PITS entry.
