We also use a lot links, lists, indents, tables and attachments, which are more advanced markup. It's not difficult or complex for us who have been using wikis dayly for years, but it is very different for someone who only used word processing software in their lives. I strongly agree about the consistency problem, and the "editor" part can be configured to use a subset of what it does now, with only a few predefined styles. > Incorporate a WYSIWYG if you must but let it be an option.
