The script has the $ViewDiffChangesFmt which seems like it could be useful, but how in the world do I get an array of the changes in a page with timestamp, user, summary, etc., which I could then use to generate a list?

I might have asked this before, but is there a way of adding a "list"
style for showing the diffs, similar to many other wikis.

Example:

I would love to see the MediaWiki method in addition.

IIRC the ViewDiff recipe can be configured to do this.
