I've noticed that the time offset on my wiki is not correct. It's still set to
GMT.
I've included the following lines in my config.php file, but they don't seem to
matter (at least the putenv doesn't seem to matter; the $TimeFmt seems to be
setting the correct output):
putenv("TZ=EST5EDT");
$TimeFmt = '%B %d, %Y, at %I:%M %p EST';
any thoughts? Thanks for your comments, I always read these discussions (which
is something that I can't say for every email).
