After upgrading to the latest pmwiki (2.2.33), it seems this recipe is broken: http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PageTableOfContents
any idea? I've tried the normal version, and the fixed version by Daniel Kasmeroglu, but it's the same: either it doesn't display anything, or it displays "On this page...
