It is "automatic", it doesn't require the addition of some markup in the wiki page, the TOC will appear right before the first heading inside the page content, and only on pages with 3 or more headings. It is posible to place the TOC block elsewhere in the page or in the sidebar or header. Comments, suggestions would be welcome on the talk page.
