The AQWiki section is not published yet. I've created a "header already
sent" issue during a few minutes when I added some "echo" function in the
config files for debug. I guess you checked the site just during these
tests. Sorry about that! Debug echo are removed at this moment.
Thanks for http://www.lecoindunet.com link. It is useful. I double checked
the encoding caracter of my files but I still don't find why the error
occured locally. Everything is OK on online server so it must be an Apache
(EasyPHP) configuration on WindowsXP.

It looks like you are experiencing some trouble with encoding (online
site) + problem with "header already sent"

I assume you should solve that first.
As your charset is declared to be utf-8, first check if your
local/config.php is "utf-8 sans dom" encoded too.
Then check if utf-8 stuff in your config is written appropriately.

The online server is not on Windows (I did some test on display date like
