This was likely caused by an upgrade to PHP 5.4. It should be fixed in the
following PmWiki version 2.2.40 in the next few days, but there are many
recipes which will also need fixing for PHP 5.4.
If your hosting provider allows you to use different PHP versions, you can
select any version between 4.3 and 5.3.
Enabling UTF-8 on your wiki may possibly also fix the problem before 2.2.40.
