I wanted to pass any arbitrary set of data to a script: eg: name: xyx birthday: 1,1,2012
and return a form with prefilled data, to display(only), It should take care of marking the required select menus as selected for birthday(day, month, year). I am ok with writing an intermediary/wrapper script if required. Went though http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Category/Forms but not sure which of them could help me for this purpose.
