PS:
Markup definitions in stdmarkup.php can cleanly be redefined,
to get a customised version. A later custom definition
(in config.php or skin.php for instance) for the same name of markup
(like Markup('noleft',....);)
is a clean way, since the first definition from stdmarkup.php is
never used. It does not add any overheads in the processing.
It just changes the markup table.
