Pmwiki 2.2.45 works normally, but when I upgrade to 46, 47, or 48 I get the
following when trying to see the default page:
PmWiki can't process your request
Cannot acquire lockfile
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
If I recopy 2.2.45 (cp -a) then it works okay. So I really do not think that
it is the lockfile's permissions, but we do have SELINUX enabled.
