So, to place a picture in a page, just paste its URL address like this:
http://www.example.com/image.gif
To place a link around the image, use
[[http://example.net | http://www.example.com/image.gif ]] or
[[YourWikiPage | http://www.example.com/image.gif ]]
To place blocks of text or images one next to other, the easiest way is to
use tables - and PmWiki can have simple tables or advanced tables, see the
links in the documentation.
