Hi Ian Nice skin, I installed it on a Linux box, after chmod -R 655 pub/skins/academian it works now like a charm. Unfortunately for you it's intranet only.
But there is a problem with my linux Laptop: On Chromium and on Firefox the links at the upper right corner look a bit strange.... see attached, on http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Skins/Academian and on my local installation as well.
