I think you are right.
I was hit by a wget feature: it do not overwrite an existing file but write
the new one with an extension
and I did directly use wget with the link from pmwiki site
thus I effectively dl the new file, but not had it in place. What is specially
odd is that I personnally use the same thing as wget to backup files before
writing them (adding 1 or 2 at the end), so I didn't notice it
now I copied the right file for both pagetoc and sectionedit and all seems right
