In addition to what Simon and Peter wrote, you can have your own
template which you select with the parameter "fmt=". In that template,
use the directive (:include {=$FullName}:) to include the content of
every page from the pagelist:

Also, the core pagelist cannot select pages with or without more than
one category. For this feature you can try the recipe
