You probably could manipulate the appearance of the 'Big View' button from the wiki page Site.PageHeader. Just edit that page, and perhaps change this: [-$[Big View]-] to this [+$[Big View]+] or this [++$[Big View]++] which increeases the font size of the text of the button (which is really a link which appears as if it is a button, through CSS styling). You can rearrange the Button-link and search box etc by editing that page as well.
