Thanks for reporting the bug, should be fixed in 2.2.106 (just released).

If you cannot immediately upgrade, the following code in config.php should work just as well:

  Markup('`wikiword', '<wikilink',
    "/`(($GroupPattern([\\/.]))?($WikiWordPattern))/",
    "MarkupNoWikiWord");
  function MarkupNoWikiWord($m) { return Keep($m[1]); }
