It looks like the errors come from a Cookbook recipe, WikiSh.
Try to reach the author/maintainer Peter Bowers and see if he can update
his recipe for recent PHP versions.
If he cannot, and if nobody can take over the maintenance, you should
evaluate if you actually use and need this recipe.
WikiSh is one of the most complex and powerful PmWiki modules and since
it is not something I've ever used or reviewed, myself I will not
volunteer to support it.
