John Kerry's Health Plan

I looked at John Kerry's health care plan from his web site and here
are some of the details. Although it is not a single payer plan it is
light years better than what the US has now. I would also be interested in
hearing any details of other candidate's (any party) universal health care
plans or discussions and comparisons of different health care plans.
