Dear members,
PNAC report Rebuilding America's Defenses from September 2000 in Chapter V, 
entitled "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force" says:

 „Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary 
change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing 
event — like a new Pearl Harbor.“ 


Why do not the speakers of the neoconservative movement explain the world, what 
these words mean? Because the critics pointed out, that this new Pearl Harbor 
could be the 9/11 events. Those are the events that will speed up the process 
of transformation? And transformation to what?
In this PNAC report the term „Pax Americana“ often appears. We must ask why and 
what are the real goals of the members of the PNAC, organisation from which 
many of the neoconservatives came to the Bush administration.
