A search for smart bombs and Saudi Arabia yielded this. I know
nothing about the website and don't judge it's credibility.

Bush has given (sold? I don't know which) F-16's to Pakistan, and now
we see that country overwhelmed with chaos, the government
collapsing. A country ripe for the toughest war lord to take by
force, and enjoy nuclear weapons and a nice fighter squadron provided
by your tax money. The world's next Saddam may reign there. Oh we
will kiss his ass and hope he doesn't take us on in the gulf.

Continuing our foreign policy of insanity, we sell JDAM technology to
Saudi Arabia. You just screw it on the end of a dumb bomb, and it
guides itself with US satellites to it's target with uncanny
precision.. Another trusted mid-east ally? With the secure future of
an opulant dictatorship, that we don't have to worry about?

Of other interest there, some quotes. One of which I disagree with.

Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick
themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.
--Sir Winston Churchill

... the 20th century has been characterized by three developments of
great political importance: The growth of democracy, the growth of
corporate power, and the growth of corporate propaganda as a means of
protecting corporate power against democracy.
--Alex Carey, Australian social scientist

Injustice lies as often in the omission as comission.
-- Marcus Aurelius

Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think
that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person
who has nothing to eat.
-- Mother Teresa
